NOMA Cleveland is the Northeast Ohio chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), a member-driven organization committed to advancing diversity, equity, justice, and excellence within the design professions.
Since the chapter's resurgence in 2013, NOMA Cleveland has served as a vibrant community for architects, designers, planners, students, interns, and allied professionals who believe that the built environment is strongest when it reflects the diversity of the communities it serves.
Through professional development, mentorship, networking, community engagement, and advocacy, we empower current and future design professionals while creating meaningful impact throughout Northeast Ohio.

NOMA Cleveland exists because architecture is stronger when more voices are represented. As the local chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects, we provide a place where professionals and students can connect, collaborate, and grow. Our chapter serves as a home base for members to build lasting professional relationships, mentor the next generation of designers, participate in civic and planning conversations, and engage in initiatives that positively shape our communities. By connecting members with the resources, leadership opportunities, and national network of NOMA and its philanthropic partner, the NOMA Foundation, we help cultivate the next generation of leaders in architecture and design.
